Insurances are incentivized to minimize the number of visits a patient uses when completing a plan of care. While this is in line with Nevada Physical Therapy’s approach of teaching not just treating in order to give our patients and athletes the skills they need to manage their injuries themselves- it is counterproductive when it comes to ACL rehabilitation. With less than 70% going back to competitive sport and less than 50% going back to the same level they were playing; high quality care can be (and often is) the difference. Many insurance plans only give the members 20 visits a year regardless of the injury and many commercial insurances actually approve less than that. So what is an athlete to do when their insurance decides they no longer meet “medical necessity” because the individual can walk downstairs and get off the toilet (spoiler alert- insurance companies don’t care if you can’t run a button-hook route at speed or that you can’t dig that ski in to side of a mountain the way you used to). For those athletes who are committed to not being a failure to return to sport statistic, we have you covered.

We offer a steeply discounted cash subscription model to make sure we have the ability to serve you the way an athlete demands for as long as it takes to get you back to playing at (or better!) the level you were before getting injured.

The Details: For $600 dollars a month you get two in-person training sessions per week at our facility as well as a custom strength and conditioning program to be completed independently. No generic programs, these are designed with you in mind and based off of your performance during our in-session testing. We offer stand-alone testing for $200 but it is included for those that are subscribers. If someone just wanted to pay cash for a single physical therapy session that would cost $100 (which is already discounted compared to our competitors) and that does not include testing or custom programming. A little napkin math…2x per week at $100 per visit plus one testing session per month at $200 comes out to approx $900 per month (7 sessions x $100 + $200 testing session= $900). For 33% less than that you get so much more: weekly force plate testing, custom programming, etc.

To be clear, this is a performance package focused on addressing persistent deficits and building you back faster, stronger, and more robust. You can click this link to read the details and get started today.

The best PT clinic out there! After my third ACL replacement I came to Nevada PT to work on my recovery. Dakota was a spectacular therapist and got me into the best shape of my life. The care they offer is far superior to the other physical therapy clinics I used in the past and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had ACL and meniscus replacement surgery and was referred to Nevada Physical Therapy by my doctor. The owner, John, was incredibly knowledgeable, and the front staff are helpful and warm. But the real star of the show is Nick D'Agostino. His approach utilizes both physical and mental strength exercises[...]

While working as a local first responder I tore my ACL several months ago. Various co-workers/friends recommended to see Jon as he has helped rehab them and yielded great results. Shortly after, I had my surgery to repair the knee and began seeing Jon. Immediately, Jon discussed his process and explained the different stages of my rehab[...]

I saw NVPT for several months after my knee surgery. I really liked the staff (Ellie, Dakota, Britney, and Tristan). What really impressed me was how their training programs were based on the latest evidence-based research. Dakota developed a plan that allowed me to stay active while recovering so I never felt too sidelined by the injury[...]

Nevada Physical Therapy is by far the best physical therapy office in town. As a soccer player, injuries are a common occurrence, but Brian helped me through a particularly nasty ACL tear and it has easily been one of the best recoveries I've had [...]
